Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above 3,000 EGP.
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly displayed on the website.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available throughout Egypt.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and provide the exact amount whenever possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message, SMS, or email containing your tracking details.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partner will attempt delivery up to three times.
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Peak Seasons
During sales events, promotions, Ramadan, Eid, Mother's Day campaigns, or other peak shopping periods, delivery may take up to 7+ business days.
