Returns & Refund Policy

We want every Mom Blossom customer to love her purchase.

If something isn't quite right, we are happy to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be unwashed
  • Be free from stains, perfumes, makeup, or odors
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in their original packaging

Mom Blossom reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Nursing bras that have been worn or washed
  • Intimate apparel
  • Final sale items
  • Products marked "Non-Returnable"

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotions or discounts of 30% or more are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Return Shipping Fees

For returns or exchanges requested due to a change of mind, size preference, or any reason not related to a product defect or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees.

If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Mom Blossom will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include photos of the issue.
  3. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

No additional shipping fees will apply.

Refund Eligibility

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Methods

Online Payments

If your order was paid using:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card

the refund will be returned to the same payment method used during checkout.

Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Refunds for COD orders can be issued via:

  • InstaPay
  • Vodafone Cash
  • Bank Transfer

The account details provided must match the order holder's information.


How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Photos if the item is defective or incorrect
  3. Our team will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
