Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping on all orders over 3,000 EGP.
- Promotional free shipping offers may be provided periodically and will be clearly displayed on the website.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available across Egypt.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and prepare the exact amount required, if possible, to facilitate the delivery process.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message, SMS, or email containing your shipment tracking details.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the order up to three times.
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
Peak Seasons
During sales events, promotional offers, Ramadan campaigns, Eid, Mother's Day, or other busy shopping periods (peak seasons), delivery may take up to 7 business days or more.
